Refund Policy

We have a 30-day refund policy. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return the bike within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure the bike is unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returns are based on the principal that item can be resold as new.  Returns might take 3-7 days to inspect. Refunds will exclude shipping and, if the bike was shipped to you, a 30% restocking fee will apply. Bikes that are unpacked, modified or damaged cannot be returned.

Return Terms

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging
  • It’s crucial to preserve the original packaging, as returning the bike in a different package might incur additional costs
  • Re-stocking fee of 30% applies to all returns
  • If your order has shipped, you will be responsible for actual return shipping charges
  • If a returned item gets damaged during the transportation, it is the customer’s responsibility to file the claim with the carrier. No refund can be issued in this case
  • Original shipping charges included in the purchase price of the product are non-refundable
  • We will refund the product price minus the applicable fees and charges
  • Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used when the original purchase was made

To start a return, reach out to our dedicated customer service team via hello@wizzcycles.com.If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation Terms

  • All cancelled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee which covers covers administration costs and costs from our credit card processing company (whenever we refund an order, we are not refunded our merchant card processing fees)
  • Cancellation request must be received within 24 hours of placing order
  • If shipping has not been arranged yet for your order, this is the only fee you will incur
  • If shipping has been arranged, the standard return procedure applies and more fees will apply like original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and restocking fees

Damaged Order Information

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the item carefully for any defects, damages, or incorrect items. It’s crucial to contact us immediately if you encounter any issues, as we cannot accept returns for used scooters or bikes. Please do not use the product if you’ve noticed issues upon receiving and inspecting the item. Additionally, if you notice any damage to the packaging upon delivery, please make a note of it when signing for your item(s). For damaged items, kindly send photos to hello@wizzcycles.com so that we can promptly resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

Order Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item you will need to return the initial order and place a new order.

Item Warranty

All our products are protected under their respective manufacturer warranties. Should you encounter any manufacturer defects, please inform us promptly so we can assist you in obtaining replacement parts or a new product.

Please be aware that for returns due to defects, customers are required to repackage the product in its original packaging. It’s important to retain the original packaging, even if it’s damaged and can be repaired. If the original packaging has been discarded, customers are responsible for repackaging the product at their own expense.

Please note that certain suppliers may decline returns if the original packaging has been discarded.
